Happy Valentines Day everyone!
A major difference I realised after going from an all-boys school to a co-ed school is the amazing number of things you get during this day. I remember so clearly that stalk of rose on every table today last year, given by Zabrina Chua. It's a real nice gesture from her. This year, I got a total of 5 flowers and a lot of sweets and chocolates. A picture I hastily taken before they all withered and died:
But none of them really made me half as happy as the one I really wanted to get. Even though it was something given to loads of people but it made me real happy that at least I was remembered. It doesn't even have to be expensive or overly dramatic. Just being remembered makes my day. Yes, I am that desperate for you.
And hearing all that sappy poems about love today, I realised that love is actually a strong word and it shouldn't be used unless you're sure about how you feel. "Like" should be considered otherwise.
In the end, all I wanted to say is "I Love You."
