The blasted Pre-U seminar is in 5 days time. I would actually look forward to it if it wasn't 5 full days of talks, panel discussions and what-not. Its like going through all your lectures and tutorials and all that, but for a full day. Can you see it in your mind already? Good. More importantly, who am I supposed to be bunking with? I really do hope its not a person too noisy nor too quiet, too over-enthusiastic or too dull. Oh almost forgot about the humble place they are putting us up in. Have you seen those _____? Never mind.
Now since I have not been able to update this for a while, I shall just post a few pictures.
The large number of dead animals/insects in SA - Revealed!
So this wasn't really dead. It was just sleeping. But it looked dead, at least.
Ok this one is surely dead. I can't say for sure that this is everywhere, but I've sure seen a few.
My massive plate of food from the mixed rice stall. In fact, I was just pointing, talking to Jolene about the different dishes and upon looking up, I see everything I had pointed to on my plate, resulting in this... thing.
Anyway, I started on a David vs Goliath battle against this plate and given my small build and small appetite, naturally I 'lost'. But hey, I was the underdog. The results:
